Steve Bruce has options for Sheffield Wednesday clash

Hull boss Steve Bruce has a fully-fit squad to choose from for his side's home game against Sheffield Wednesday.

Bruce has no new injury or suspension worries following Tuesday night's 1-0 win at Ipswich but could be tempted to make one or two changes.

The Tigers embark on their fifth game in less than a fortnight and the likes of midfielders Tom Huddlestone, Ahmed Elmohamady and Shaun Maloney, strikers Chuba Akpom and Nick Powell provide plenty of options.

Bruce's side, a point clear at the top of the table, have won six of their last eight Sky Bet Championship games with just one defeat.

Sheffield Wednesday striker Fernando Forestieri returns to contention following suspension.

Forestieri sat out Tuesday night's 1-1 home draw against QPR following his dismissal for two yellow card offences in last week's defeat at Preston.

Versatile midfielder Sam Hutchinson will be included in head coach Carlos Carvalhal's squad after missing the last three games due to knee trouble.

Jeremy Helan joined Wolves on loan this week, while defender Glenn Loovens, midfielders Lewis McGugan and Alex Lopez, plus striker Lucas Joao are among those pushing for recalls.
