Avram Grant doesn't expect Guus Hiddink to stay too long at Chelsea

Avram Grant says Guus Hiddink is facing a "good challenge" at Chelsea.
The Dutch coach has taken over the reins of the west London side for the second time in his managerial career.
Hiddink replaced Luiz Felipe Scolari at Stamford Bridge in 2009 and led Chelsea to the brink of successive Champions League finals before a late Andres Iniesta goal saw Barcelona progress to the final in Rome.
Chelsea have only lost one game since Hiddink succeeded Jose Mourinho in west London in December after a 2-1 defeat by Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League last week.
However, despite Chelsea's improvement in the Premier League, Hiddink isn't expected to last beyond the end of the season in his current role.
Former Blues boss Grant offered some advice to Hiddink ahead of Chelsea's trip to Southampton on Saturday.
Grant told Sky Sports: "It is not easy when you are coming. Every manager is coming for the short-term. Even a manager signing for four years, isn't finishing four years. It is a good challenge for Guus. The talent is there."
