Yeovil Town vs Plymouth Argyle - Darren Ward expected to keep place in Yeovil side

Nathan Smith will again be absent as Yeovil continue their bid to climb away from the Sky Bet League Two relegation zone against Plymouth.

Smith began a three-match ban in the 1-1 draw against Portsmouth so Darren Ward is expected to continue in the starting line-up following his return from injury.

Jack Compton is sidelined by a hamstring injury and Kevin Dawson is out with an ankle problem.

Omar Sowunmi, Jordan Gibbons and Wes Fogden have long-term injuries.

Plymouth midfielder Josh Simpson is pushing for a starting place after being an unused substitute in the 1-1 draw at Crawley after recovering from a muscle injury.

Manager Derek Adams is likely to stick with the core of 16 players who have formed the basis of his squad so far this season.

Curtis Nelson, Gary Sawyer and Ryan Brunt have each featured in every league game and are set to retain their starting places.

Striker Tyler Harvey remains sidelined with a long-term ankle problem.
