Bristol City vs Brighton & Hove Albion - Injury worries for Lee Johnson ahead of Brighton clash

Bristol City manager Lee Johnson has a number of injury worries ahead of the visit of Brighton.

Defender Nathan Baker came off at half-time of Saturday's win over MK Dons with an Achilles problem and if he is not fit enough Alex Pearce is likely to deputise having taken his place at the weekend.

Fellow defender Mark Little failed a fitness test on a groin injury just prior to Saturday's game but will be assessed again.

Johnson will also make a late decision on midfielder Ben Gladwin, who did not travel with the squad after a recent knee injury.

Beram Kayal is expected to be back in the starting XI on Tuesday when Brighton travel to Ashton Gate.

The midfielder was rested due to a groin injury on Saturday alongside Tomer Hemed and Jamie Murphy who were both carrying knocks but are expected to return on Tuesday.

Liam Rosenior is available and looking for his first start since November because of a knee injury and Gorgon Greer, back from hamstring trouble, is hoping for his first start after being an unused substitute against Cardiff.

Uwe Hunemeier (groin) and Solly March (knee) both remain unavailable.
