Barnet vs Portsmouth - Shaun Batt missing for Barnet's clash with Portsmouth

Barnet will be without Shaun Batt when they entertain Portsmouth.

Former Millwall striker Batt went off injured during Saturday's 2-1 defeat at home to AFC Wimbledon and although the extent of the problem is not yet known, he will not be available against Pompey.

Michael Gash (hamstring) and Bira Dembele (knee) are still sidelined but goalkeeper Graham Stack is close to returning after six months out with a groin injury.

Boss Martin Allen has vowed to make changes following the weekend setback so youngster Matt Stevens could be handed a first start, having scored the Bees' consolation goal after coming on as a substitute.

Portsmouth will make at least one enforced change as Christian Burgess is suspended.

The centre-half was sent off for collecting two yellow cards within a minute during the 1-1 draw at Yeovil.

Gareth Evans will be checked over after coming off with a knock before half-time and Conor Chaplin could miss out again with an ankle problem.

Danny Hollands has returned to training after recovering from a fractured leg.
