Oxford United vs Accrington Stanley - Jake Wright to miss out for Oxford
Posted Friday, February 19, 2016 by PA
Oxford will be without captain Jake Wright for their Sky Bet League Two clash with promotion-chasing rivals Accrington at the Kassam Stadium.
The defender limped out of Tuesday's defeat by Northampton with a hamstring injury and is likely to be out for three games.
Chey Dunkley, who has not started since the Boxing Day win over Exeter, is likely to come in as his replacement for third-placed United.
Top scorer Kemar Roofe should be fit to continue after overcoming a groin injury to play 90 minutes in midweek.
Fourth-placed Accrington, who trail United by six points with two games in hand, are hampered in selection by a triple suspension.
Defender Adam Buxton joined Matt Crooks and Shay McCartan on the banned list after being sent off for two bookable offences against Carlisle on Tuesday.
Buxton serves a one-game suspension whilst Crooks also has one match of his ban remaining and McCartan two.
Forward Josh Windass (hernia) and defender Dean Winnard (ankle) remain on the sidelines.
