Pochettino: Alli still has a lot to learn

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino says midfielder Dele Alli still has a lot to learn after kicking out at an opponent in Thursday's Europa League draw with Fiorentina.
Alli tangled with Nenad Tomovic in the first half of the 1-1 stalemate against La Viola in the first leg of their last-32 tie.
The England international appeared to catch the defender with his boot, but managed to escape with just a yellow card.
It was not the first time Alli has been accused of ill-discipline, with Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew accusing him of stamping on Yohan Cabaye in January.
"We need to look at the video and try to teach him," Pochettino said of the incident after the game.
"He is a young player and he has a lot to learn about elite football. It is his first season in the Premier League at Tottenham.
"He came from League One, he needs to learn a lot, still learn. But I didn't see [the incident]. Some people say 'yes', some say 'no', so I don't know."
