Port Vale vs Coventry - Defender Ryan McGivern returns from suspension for Port Vale
Posted Saturday, February 06, 2016 by PA
Port Vale have defender Ryan McGivern back available for Sunday's Sky Bet League One home clash with Coventry.
McGivern sat out the 1-0 win over Swindon on Tuesday as he served a one-game suspension.
It remains to be seen whether Michael O'Connor, who also missed that match due to a knock, is involved at the weekend.
Fellow midfielder Chris Birchall and winger Enoch Andoh (both knee) remain sidelined.
Coventry could hand debuts to loan defenders Jack Stephens and Baily Cargill.
The Sky Blues, needing clean sheets after a run of three successive defeats, have brought in Stephens from Southampton and Bournemouth's Cargill until they end of the season.
Stephens could take the place of Romain Vincelot, who is suspended after his sending-off in last week's loss to Scunthorpe.
Midfielder John Fleck is back in contention after serving a two-match ban.
