Stade Reims 2 - 1 Angers SCO: Reims end winless run with victory over Angers

Reims brought an end to a seven-game winless run with an impressive 2-1 victory over 10-man Angers.

The high-flying visitors struck first, though, when Arnold Bouka Moutou beat a helpless Johnny Placide after his initial header was well saved by the Reims shot-stopper.

Angers could not hold onto their lead, though, and Hamari Traore levelled for the hosts as half-time approached after he beat his man before firing an effort beyond the outstretched hand of Alexandre Letellier.

And the turnaround was complete when Gaetan Charbonnier beat Letellier with a well-placed header just after the restart before Angers were reduced to 10 men late on following Pierrick Capelle's two-footed lunge on Franck Signorino.
