Inter Milan have announced the signing of striker Eder on a two-year loan deal from Serie A rivals Sampdoria, with a view to making the move permanent.
The 29-year-old makes the move to Inter after bagging 12 league goals this term, and will be available to make his debut in Sunday's Milan derby at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
"I'm delighted to be here. I've worked hard for years to play for a big club like Inter," Eder told the club's official website.
Inter CEO Michael Bolingbroke added: "We're delighted to welcome Eder to the team. He's a top quality player with international experience.
"He'll give a new dimension to our play and represents another option for Roberto Mancini."
Eder departs Sampdoria after making 120 appearances and scoring 40 goals during a four-year spell at the Genoa-based club.
