Hellas Verona's quest for a first win of the Serie A season continues after a goalless draw at Torino.
The basement boys - 12 points from safety - did well to hold out at the Stadio Olimpico, where mid-table Torino went close to scoring on numerous occasions.
Andrea Belotti saw two efforts miss the mark in the first half and returning striker Ciro Immobile was thwarted by Verona goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini before half-time.
The visitors' best chance arrived in the 77th minute. Veteran striker Luca Toni connected well with Bosko Jankovic's cross but somehow scooped wide from two yards out.
