Chelsea will move for Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann if Eden Hazard pushes to join Paris Saint-Germain or Real Madrid this summer, according to the Mail on Sunday.
The Belgian has endured an unhappy campaign at Stamford Bridge, with his last goal for the club coming on May 3 at the end of last season.
His form as the PFA Player of the Year in 2014-15 still has the likes of Madrid and PSG interested, however.
Griezmann, meanwhile, has a £60 million release clause and Atletico are thought to be more open to the idea of cashing in on the France forward now their transfer ban has been suspended pending an appeal.
