FC Twente are facing a battle to keep hold of Moroccan midfielder Hakim Ziyech amidst reported interested from Sampdoria and TSG Hoffenheim.

The 22-year-old Morocco international was linked with a move to English Premier League leaders Leicester City at the start of January, while AC Milan, Swansea City, Schalke, Anderlecht and Stuttgart have also been credited with an interest.
According to De Telegraaf, however, Sampdoria and Hoffenheim have firmed up their interest in the player and hope to convince Twente to sell in the few days remaining in the January transfer window.
Ziyech, who has 11 goals and five assists to his name this season, is said to be unhappy with the club's current predicament - Twente are third from bottom in the Eredivisie standings following back-to-back defeats.
Despite being handed the chance to represent the Netherlands in March 2015, Ziyech eventually opted to turn out for Morocco. He has made four appearances for Morocco's senior side.
