Posted Sunday, January 31, 2016 by PA

Rory McAllister and Shane Sutherland both bagged second-half braces as Peterhead came from behind to beat fellow play-off hopefuls Albion 5-1 and extend their unbeaten run to 11 matches.

Albion made a dream start when they were awarded a penalty inside the first 30 seconds after Scott McBride was fouled by Scott Ross and McBride stepped up to put the spot-kick past Graeme Smith.

The advantage lasted just eight minutes though, with Peterhead quickly responding as James Redman headed in from close range from Kevin Dzierzawski's pass.

Peterhead took the lead seven minutes into the second half through McAllister's left-foot shot and he took his goal tally for the season to 25 from the penalty spot just two minutes later after Ross Dunlop was adjudged to have handled in the area.

Sutherland added a fourth goal in the 63rd minute and then completed his third double in six games four minutes later as Albion slumped to a third straight defeat.
