Raith Rovers vs Queen of South - Lewis Toshney available for Raith

Raith have Lewis Toshney available after a hamstring injury for the visit of Queen of the South.

Mark Stewart is a doubt, while Craig Barr (groin), Jason Thomson (back) and Lewis Vaughan (knee) all remain out.

The Kirkcaldy side have added Leicester striker Harry Panayiotou on loan and he will be involved at some stage if international clearance is received in time.

Manager Ray McKinnon said: "We have been really unlucky in front of goal recently and that has to change for us at some stage. Hopefully it will in this game and we can get the win that will consolidate us further in fourth place."

Queen of the South will be missing captain Chris Higgins, who has an ankle injury, with Callum Tapping (knee) and Dale Hilson (foot) also ruled out.

Wins over Livingston and Alloa have seen the Doonhamers move into the play-off chase - they are currently fifth, level on points with Raith.

And boss James Fowler said: "The way things have shaped up there is only one place free and Raith, Morton, St Mirren and ourselves are going for it.

"If we can show the performance levels we have in our last two league games then we have a good chance of winning."
