York City vs Stevenage Borough - Lubo Satka in line for York start against Stevenage

York boss Jackie McNamara is hoping to have at least one new face available when his rock-bottom side face Stevenage at Bootham Crescent.

Slovakian defender Lubo Satka linked up with the Minstermen this week after signing on loan from Newcastle and is expected to go straight into his new side's plans.

McNamara is also considering whether to offer a contract to former Celtic and Hibernian striker Derek Riordan, who has been on trial with the club.

Following last week's 1-1 draw at Carlisle, McNamara could also tweak his strike-force with Bradley Fewster pushing to replace fellow loanee Ntumba Massanka.

Striker Adam Marriott is in contention to return for Stevenage after recovering from a groin injury.

Luke Wilkinson, Offrande Zanzala and Deimantas Petravicius all made their debuts for Teddy Sheringham's side in last week's goalless draw with Barnet and will likely be involved as Boro chase a first win since December 12.

Ben Wells was an unused substitute on his return from an ankle problem and could feature but Chris Welpdale (groin) is out for a few more weeks.

Ben Kennedy (knee) is a long-term absentee, while defenders Jamie McCombe and Mark Hughes have left Stevenage after being released this week.
