Reading vs Walsall - Royal trio get back in the Saddle
Posted Friday, January 29, 2016 by PA
Reading can welcome back three key players for the visit of Walsall in the FA Cup.
Skipper Paul McShane is fit after spending almost a month out with a calf injury, while fellow centre-half Michael Hector and midfielder Stephen Quinn have shaken off the knocks which have kept them out for the last couple of weeks.
Winger Garath McCleary is therefore the Royals' only injury absentee, due to a hamstring problem.
The club are also hoping to completing the signing of Latvian striker Deniss Rakels from Polish side Cracovia.
New Walsall signing Bryn Morris is cup-tied for the Saddlers after playing in the competition for York this season.
The midfielder signed on loan from Middlesbrough on Thursday but will have to wait for his debut.
Striker Tom Bradshaw is likely to face a Reading team who have been interested in signing him during the January transfer window.
Midfielder Isaiah Osbourne is still sidelined by the knee injury that has prevented him from making his debut following a summer move.
