Colchester United 1 - 1 Fleetwood Town: Eggert Jonsson earns Fleetwood a point at Colchester

A fine strike by Eggert Jonsson secured a point for Fleetwood after they played out a 1-1 draw at fellow strugglers Colchester.
Bobby Grant fired wastefully over for Fleetwood early on while at the other end, Colchester midfielder Alex Gilbey's hopeful 25-yard strike flew over.
Grant went close again before United made a vital breakthrough, seven minutes before half-time.
Fleetwood defender Jonsson sloppily conceded possession midway inside his own half allowing Gilbey to advance towards goal and confidently plant a low shot past keeper Chris Maxwell and into the net.
But Jonsson made up for his mistake on the hour when he lashed in a fine equaliser at the far post, after Colchester had failed to clear Jamie Proctor's ball into the area.
Maxwell saved Chris Porter's low shot and Colchester looked the more likely side to score a winner but Fleetwood's Antoni Sarcevic missed a good late chance and Nick Haughton's shot whistled just wide.
Maxwell tipped over Gilbey's fine stoppage-time volley, as the spoils were shared.
