Juventus striker Paulo Dybla has hailed compatriot Gonzalo Higuain's performances for Napoli after he scored his 20th league goal of the season on Saturday.
Higuain has been in sensational form for Napoli this season, scoring 20 goals in just 20 games, with his most recent contribution coming via a brace in the Partenopei's 3-1 win over Sassuolo over the weekend.
The former Real Madrid striker's performances have helped Napoli to the summit of the Serie A table, two points ahead of defending champions Juventus.
Dybala has seen Higuain in action first hand on international duty, coming off the bench to replace him in both of their last two 2018 World Cup qualifiers, and says he makes Napoli genuine title contenders.
"Higuain does not surprise me at all," Dybala told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "I saw him up close in the national team, he is a phenomenon.
"I think Napoli and Inter are the most dangerous opponents. Fiorentina and Roma remain in the race, but now I believe more in Napoli. We are second, the road is still long, but we must not slow down."
Dybala himself went into double figures for goals scored this season, scoring twice in Juventus' 4-0 win over Udinese to take his tally to 11.
"It was nice [to score] because it opened up the game," he concluded.
