Klose set to sign for Norwich

VfL Wolfsburg defender Timm Klose is reportedly traveling to England on Monday to complete a medical ahead of his move to Premier League club Norwich City.
The club's sporting director Klaus Allofs confirmed to the Mirror that a deal had been reached between the two clubs and, as far as he knew, between the player and Norwich as well.
"We have largely reached an agreement with Norwich, and so has Timm as far as I know," he explained.
According to the Mirror, the Canaries have been tracking the Switzerland international for some time and will be a fee believed to be around 12 million euro.
It would be the fifth highest fee Wolfsburg have ever received for a player with only the money received for Kevin De Bruyne, Edin Dzeko, Ivica Perisic and Mario Mandzukic being higher.
It would also be the most Norwich have ever spend on a player and some fans may wonder why the club is spending so much on what is essentially a back-up defender in the Bundesliga.
Klose has made just seven starts in 19 Bundesliga games this season and has only played 43 league games since joining from Nuremberg in 2013.
However, Norwich manager Alex Neil had identified the center of his defence as an area needing reinforcement and the fee, compared to similar transfers recently is not especially high.
Klose was apparently keen to leave VfL Wolfsburg in order to get more regular first-team football ahead Switzerland's European Championships campaign in the summer.
