Falkirk vs Hibernian FC - Falkirk receive Danny Rogers boost ahead of Hibs clash

Falkirk will have Danny Rogers in goal against Hibs after fears he would be recalled by Aberdeen were eased when the Pittodrie club signed Adam Collin from Rotherham.

Tom Taiwo and Bob McHugh are back in training after a lengthy absence caused by injuries but they are not expected to be risked while Kieran Duffie remains out with a knee problem.

Manager Peter Houston said: "This is a massive game for both clubs even though it will not settle anything in terms of the season.

"Having worked so hard to get into second place we are determined to stay there by getting a win."

Hibernian manager Alan Stubbs is keeping his fingers crossed he can complete a loan deal for Celtic striker Anthony Stokes in time.

The Easter Road boss has struck a deal with the Hoops but now needs to convince the Irishman and his advisors that he should make the return to his former Leith stomping ground.

Stubbs - who has allowed on-loan duo Islam Feruz and Henri Anier to return to their parent clubs - said: "We've made contact with Celtic regarding Anthony Stokes. We've agreed in principal with Celtic a deal to hopefully speak to Anthony, we just need to tie one or two things up now with him and his advisor.

"Following that we will hopefully be in a position where we can announce something but we're not at that stage yet."
