ES Troyes AC 2 - 4 Stade Rennais FC: Rennes triumph as winless Troyes squander two-goal lead
Posted Sunday, January 17, 2016 by PA
Troyes wasted the perfect opportunity to claim their first Ligue 1 win of the season after squandering a two-goal lead to lose 4-2 at home to Rennes.
The hosts found themselves comfortably ahead inside the opening 15 minutes, with Fabien Camus smashing a wonderful effort into the top corner before Corentin Jean scored from close range.
However, Rennes turned the game on its head as Fallou Diagne scored penalties either side of a Ousmane Dembele strike to send the visitors into the break ahead.
Substitute Kamil Grosicki added extra gloss late on, escaping the hosts' defence and finishing from a tight angle.
