BVB Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has ruled out the possibility of departing his club amidst rumours of an impending January bid from Arsenal.
The Gabon international, who on Thursday claimed the CAF African Player of the Year award ahead of Manchester City's Yaya Toure and Swansea City's Andre Ayew, has recently been linked with a move to Arsene Wenger's outfit.
In fact, reports in the English press claimed the Gunners had launched a £44.6million bid for the pacey frontman in a bid to strengthen their push for the Premier League title.
However, Aubameyang has dismissed the rumours by insisting he will not be leaving Dortmund any time soon.
"I don't want to go to Arsenal," Aubameyang was quoted as saying by The Sun. "I won't leave Dortmund soon."
Aubameyang joined Dortmund from French side Saint-Étienne in 2013, and has gone on to make 81 appearances in the Bundesliga, bagging 47 goals in the process.
