Brechin City vs Forfar Athletic - Darren Dods returns from suspension for Brechin

Brechin City player-manager Darren Dods returns from suspension for the Ladbrokes League One clash with Forfar.

Long-term injury victim Ross Perry (knee) is the only absentee and Dods said: "It was a very difficult game conditions wise at Ayr last weekend. However. we know that we played well enough to take a point from one of the sides going for the title. It was therefore disappointing to lose 2-1. However, we will look to put that right against Forfar.

"We can do it if we keep on attacking like we can but defending better."

Forfar welcome back Omar Kader from a three-month working stint in New Zealand and manager Gary Bollan will check his fitness before including him in his plans.

Goalkeeper Darren Hill will feature after agreeing a permanent deal but Michael Dunlop remains out with a knee injury, with Iain Campbell and Bryan Hodge both struggling with knocks.

Bollan said: "We need a win to get some confidence in the team after a disappointing run. It will be difficult to get that as Brechin will not be happy where they are sitting in the league and will be out to change that quickly."
