Birmingham vs Brentford - No new concerns for Blues ahead of Brentford clash

Birmingham have no fresh injuries worries for the visit of Brentford.

David Cotterill will not feautre as the club give him time to recover from a hamstring injury he suffered just after returning from a knee problem.

Striker Clayton Donaldson is fit to face his former club after making a comeback from a groin injury over the weekend.

Stephen Gleeson is fit after featuring in the 1-0 win over old club MK Dons on Monday following illness, while Shane Lowry could return after sickness.

Brentford's early-season injury problems are continuing to ease after Josh McEachran made his first start for the club in Monday's 2-1 win over Reading.

The former Chelsea midfielder lasted an hour at the Madejski Stadium having recovered from the broken foot he suffered in pre-season training.

Forward Marco Djuricin has also returned to training after two months out with an ankle problem, although he will be short of match fitness.

That leaves defender Andreas Bjelland and striker Scott Hogan (both knee) as the Bees' only injury absentees.
