Airdrie United vs Stenhousemuir - Neil Parry could return to boost Airdrie

Airdrie could have goalkeeper Neil Parry available to face Stenhousemuir as manager Eddie Wolecki Black is considering an appeal against his sending off against Peterhead at the weekend.

Taylor Morgan is doubtful after sustaining a rib injury, with Wolecki Black saying: "I have watched footage of Neil's sending off and I don't agree with it. We are considering an appeal and we could have him available for this game.

"We lost a 3-1 lead to go down 4-3 late on Saturday and we want to bounce back quickly.

"Mind you, Stenhousemuir will be saying exactly the same as their defeat from Stranraer will have hurt."

The Warriors went down 5-1 to Stranraer and manager Brown Ferguson is again without the injured Ciaran Summers (knee), Allan Smith (hip) and Jason Scotland (hamstring) as he looks to get back on track.

The defeat was a third on the trot, with Ferguson left stunned as he explained: "When we lost to Albion Rovers and Dunfermline the players could not be criticised for their performance as they did well and deserved better.

"I can't say that about the weekend.

"It was poor and I didn't see a display like that coming. We need to move on quickly and this game gives us the chance to do that."
