Brighton & Hove Albion vs Ipswich - Seagulls hoping James Wilson and Gordon Greer manage to face Ipswich

Brighton are keeping their fingers crossed on James Wilson and Gordon Greer's availability for Ipswich's visit in the Sky Bet Championship.

Manchester United loanee Wilson came off at half-time against Brentford on Saturday after complaining he was feeling ill at the break.

Greer, meanwhile, was forced off in the second half having suffered a hamstring strain, meaning Seagulls boss Chris Hughton could be forced into making changes on the south coast.

Solly March's season has already been ended by a cruciate ligament injury and Uwe Hunemeier is also out with a groin injury.

Mick McCarthy must decide whether to stick with the same Ipswich XI for a seventh successive game.

The Tractor Boys were less than impressive despite beating QPR 2-1 on Boxing Day, and the introduction of midfielder Ryan Fraser, fit again following a knee injury, helped turn the tide their way to offer McCarthy some selection dilemmas.

Centre-back Christophe Berra needed stitches in a head injury but should be fine to feature after recently having his tooth knocked out.

David McGoldrick and Teddy Bishop (both hamstring) are sidelined until the new year.
