Hamburger 0 - 1 Augsburg: Jan Moravek goal helps Augsburg end 2015 on winning note

Augsburg brought a positive end to the biggest year in the club's history with a 1-0 win at Hamburg lifting them to 12th, their highest position of the season.
The Bavarians qualified for Europe for the first time back in May, but their Bundesliga season had seemingly suffered from Europa League football.
Since setting up a last-32 tie with Liverpool, however, their league form has improved and they showed plenty of confidence on Saturday, with Markus Feulner's shot striking the inside of the left-hand post and going along the line, but not across it.
Feulner and Caiuby had further chances early in the second half, and Augsburg's pressure finally paid off in the 75th minute when Jan Moravek headed in their deserved winner, taking them to within three points of their hosts ahead of the winter break.
