Blackpool vs Peterborough United - Jack Redshaw blow for Blackpool against Posh

Jack Redshaw will be missing for Blackpool against Peterborough.

The striker has been to see a specialist over his shin splints and boss Neil McDonald admitted the issue is a cause for concern for the Tangerines.

Andy Little is expected to be back in their squad, though, having had another full week of training following a hamstring injury.

Goalkeeper Colin Doyle (ankle), Henry Cameron (knee) and Lloyd Jones (ankle) remain the club's long-term absentees.

Peterborough have been dealt a huge injury blow after Jermaine Anderson was ruled out for the remainder of the season.

The 19-year-old midfielder, who sustained the knee injury in Peterborough's FA Cup win over Luton on December 6, was already sidelined for the rest of the year.

But it is now expected that he will not feature for Posh again this term.

Gabi Zakuani, Shaun Brisley and Kgosi Ntlhe are also out for the trip to Bloomfield Road, while Joe Gormley remains a long-term absentee.
