Sky Bet League One basement boys Crewe look set to have the same squad for Saturday's home clash with Fleetwood as for their previous outing.

The only potential adjustment from last weekend's 3-2 defeat at Doncaster is a return to the matchday 18 for midfielder Chris Atkinson, who is working his way back to fitness after a quad injury.

Lauri Dalla Valle (ankle), Harry Davis (knee), Dave Richards (foot) and George Ray (ankle) remain sidelined.

The contest is set to pit Crewe boss Steve Davis - the father of Harry - against his other son Joe, the defender who is currently on loan at Fleetwood from Leicester.

Fleetwood will be without defender Danny Andrew and striker Vamara Sanogo as they chase a third win in four league matches.

Steven Pressley's side were without a game last weekend due to Highbury's waterlogged pitch, but left-back Andrew and Sanogo have both sustained knocks this week.

Pressley has no other new injury or suspension worries and could name an unchanged starting line-up, although striker David Ball is pushing for a recall.

Teenager David Henen is expected to resume up front after extending his loan spell from Everton until the new year.
