Bristol City vs Queens Park Rangers - Bristol City boss Steve Cotterill to rotate again

Bristol City manager Steve Cotterill plans to make changes for the home game with QPR.

The Robins were thrashed 4-0 at Derby in midweek and are now only a point above the Sky Bet Championship relegation zone.

Strikers Aaron Wilbraham and Jonathan Kodjia and defender Luke Ayling were rested at Derby after Cotterill changed the side which had won 2-1 at Huddersfield three days earlier.

But the trio are all set to return on Saturday, with Cotterill telling his pre-match press conference: "I made a few changes the other night with the three games in mind. Those who play on Saturday, but who didn't play on Tuesday, will be better able to do 90 minutes."

QPR manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink will be hoping for more of the same from his side after they came back from 2-0 down to get a draw against the 10 men of Brighton in midweek.

The Hoops were boosted after the game when in-form striker Charlie Austin announced that he has no intention of leaving the club in the January transfer window after scoring a brace for his side.

QPR have not lost in four games but the side will be without defender James Perch after he came off after just 14 minutes with a knee injury.

Stephen Quinn (knee) and Aaron Tshibola (ankle) remain on the sidelines through injury.
