Dumbarton vs St. Mirren - Dumbarton at full strength

Dumbarton have a full squad at their disposal as they look to extend their two-point advantage over visitors St Mirren.

Steven Saunders, Scott Taggart, Willie Gibson and Steven Craig have all been passed fit to play.

On-loan St Johnstone midfielder Scott Brown also returns after he was ineligible to play in Tuesday night's 5-0 win over Alloa in the Scottish Cup.

Manager Stephen Aitken said: "The bottom-four sides are playing each other so it is a very important weekend.

"If we win we would move further away from St Mirren and the longer we are above them then the better our season will be."

St Mirren manager Ian Murray returns to his former club without being able to call on Jason Naismith, who has a knee injury, as well as Jim Goodwin and Alan Gow, who have ankle problems.

Craig Reid and Keith Watson have both returned to fitness, and Murray said: "It will be nice to go back as I had some good times with Dumbarton however it is all about getting a win for St Mirren now.

"They have had two good wins in a row and they also hit us on the break to win at our place earlier in the season so they will be confident."
