Crawley Town vs Dagenham and Redbridge - Loanee Josh Emmanuel set for Crawley debut

Loan recruit Josh Emmanuel should make his Crawley debut in Saturday's League Two clash with Dagenham and Redbridge.

The 18-year-old Ipswich full-back is likely to slot into boss Mark Yates' side as Crawley seek a first win in six outings this weekend.

The Reds have not played since a 3-1 defeat at Carlisle two weeks ago with manager Yates hoping the extended run on the training ground can spark a reversal of recent fortunes.

Yates has used the extra time to work on new strategies and also to push his players to their limits in a bid to arrest their mini slump.

Dagenham boss Wayne Burnett has no fresh injury worries to contend with but faces a selection poser for the clash.

Defender Ayo Obileye and goalkeeper Liam O'Brien have been pushing Nyron Nosworthy and Mark Cousins for their starting spots and Burnett may opt to shake things up.

Burnett changed formation for the 1-1 FA Cup draw at home to Whitehawk, with Joss Labadie playing an advanced role behind the strikers, and it remains to be seen if he sticks with it.

Daggers have won just two of their last 13 games in all competitions.
