Bastia 1 - 2 Monaco: Monaco up to fourth after Traore brace secures victory at Bastia

Monaco extended their run to just one Ligue 1 defeat in 11 thanks to a 2-1 win in Bastia.
Two second-half goals from Lacina Traore proved enough to provide a first win in three for the principality side, despite conceding a late goal to Julien Romain.
Despite dominating the early stages, the hosts almost fell behind at the 25-minute mark but Gabriel Boschilia could only volley over from inside the six-yard box after Lacina Traore had picked him out.
The scores remained goalless at the break but it could have been much different had Thomas Toure's header not come back off the post with Jean-Louis Leca well beaten.
Following a quiet start to the second half it was the visitors who made the breakthrough just inside the final 20 minutes when Fabinho superbly picked out Traore, who controlled just eight yards out before firing beyond Leca.
And Traore doubled his, and his team's, tally for the evening little over 10 minutes later when Nabil Dirar headed Fabian Lemar's cross down for the former Everton man to convert.
There was still time for Bastia to grab a late goal when substitute Romain beat Danijel Subasic from just inside the area but it proved little more than a consolation as Monaco moved up to fourth.
