Udinese striker Cyril Thereau scored twice to inflict a 3-2 defeat on his former club Chievo at the Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi.
Alberto Paloschi's 26th-minute opener was cancelled out before the break as Nicolas Frey put through his own net to draw Udinese level heading into the break.
Thereau struck shortly after the restart and again in the 81st minute, with his second goal arriving in response to Roberto Inglese's impressive third goal of the season for Chievo on 72 minutes.
A second straight win boosts Udinese five points clear of the drop zone, usurping Chievo in the standings.
