Werder Bremen 1 - 3 Hamburger: Hamburg show Werder Bremen no mercy in derby clash at Weserstadion

Hamburg increased the pressure on Werder Bremen coach Viktor Skripnik with a 3-1 win at the Weserstadion in the 103rd northern derby.
The visitors raced into a third-minute lead with Ivo Ilicevic picking his spot in the far top corner of Felix Wiedwald's goal to silence the home fans.
Michael Gregoritsch added a second midway through the first half with a direct free-kick from 35 yards which took a deflection off the wall to leave Wiedwald no chance as he headed in the opposite direction.
Anthony Ujah sliced Hamburg's lead in two on the hour mark, but thoughts of a recovery were soon wiped away by Nicolai Muller, who raced clear on the counter-attack and slotted coolly past Wiedwald to restore Hamburg's two-goal advantage.
The result earned HSV a place in the Bundesliga's top six - for a night at least - as well as local bragging rights.
