Dumbarton vs Raith Rovers - Sons back to full strength ahead of visit of Raith Rovers

Dumbarton have defender Frazer Wright as well as strikers Kevin Cawley and Steven Craig back following injury as they look for their first win in five Scottish Championship games when Raith Rovers come to the Bet Butler Stadium.

Defender Scott Taggart is out with a knee problem, but otherwise manager Stephen Aitken has a full squad to choose from.

Aitken said: "The players were terrific at Queen of the South and did not deserve to finish on the losing team. The only thing missing was goals and hopefully we can put that right against a Raith Rovers side who will be hurting after three defeats."

Raith are again without the long term injured duo defender Craig Barr (groin) and midfielder Lewis Vaughan (knee).

Captain Jason Thomson is struggling to be fit due to a back injury.

Rovers boss Ray McKinnon is looking for his men to recover their place in the top four after their dip in form. He said: "We do not need to change too much as we are playing well and have just been unfortunate in front of goal.

"We have dropped out of the play-off pack, however a win over a good Dumbarton side would be a good marker to lay down in terms of our desire to get back there."
