Notts County vs Northampton - Izale McLeod and Julian Jenner banned for Notts County

Notts County will be without the suspended Izale McLeod and Julian Jenner against Northampton.

Five goal striker McLeod received his fifth yellow card of the season during the FA Cup defeat at Salford and he will serve a one-match ban on Saturday.

Jenner was this week punished retrospectively by the Football Association for an incident late on in that first-round loss, admitting a charge of violent conduct, and the winger will begin a three-game absence.

Magpies manager Ricardo Moniz has Jimmy Spencer, Adam Campbell and Graham Burke to pick from to replace McLeod while the Dutchman must decide if changes are necessary elsewhere following the embarrassing cup exit a fortnight ago.

Northampton travel with the aim to keep their four-game unbeaten run intact.

Ryan Cresswell will be hoping to play for longer after making a short appearance in injury time last week. The defender had been out for three games with a groin injury but is now back to full match fitness.

Ricky Holmes remains absent from the squad having been sidelined for most of the season but he is expected to be back training by the end of the month.

Defender Darnell Furlong has gone back to Championship side QPR after his month loan spell came to an end.
