The Barcelona star is said to want a staggering £600,000 a week if he came to the Premier League, and that’s without even considering his £175m buyout clause.
Messi has won seven La Liga titles and four Champions Leagues during his time at the Spanish giants, securing his name as arguably the best footballer ever.

But Tebas doesn’t see the Argentine heading for the Nou Camp exit anytime soon.
"That Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi leave is like the independence of Catalunya, impossible,” said Tebas, according to Bleacher Report.
Ronaldo has also been linked with a return to his beloved Man United, and Real Madrid fan Tebas will be hoping the rumours turn out to be untrue.
