EDINSON CAVANI could be on his way to Stamford Bridge with Oscar set to exit in January.
According to his international team-mate Alvaro Gonzalez, the Uruguay striker has voiced his concern about staying in Paris following the recent terrorist attacks.
Now Don Balon report that the Paris St-Germain forward is wanted by Jose Mourinho and could be available for as little as £29m - a massively reduced fee considering he signed for £55m in 2013.
The 28-year-old forward has been in good form this season, scoring seven times in 12 Ligue 1 matches, and has an impressive record of 65 goals in 113 games for the French champions.
TOP TARGET: PSG striker Cavani
Considering he has played wide in a 4-3-3 formation for much of that time, his goals return is even more remarkable.
Chelsea are planning major changes following their disastrous start to the season and to make way for Cavani, one player whose sale could make room on the wage bill and raise transfer funds is Oscar.
ON HIS WAY: Oscar continues to be linked with Juventus
SURPRISE EXIT: Pedro is being linked with an ealry departure
Don Balon say that the most likely candidates to sign the Brazilian playmaker are Juventus, who could land him for around £28m, which would represent a small profit on the £25m Roman Abramovich forked out to land him from Internacional in 2012.
The Blues look set for turmoil in January with attacking players Pedro, Radamel Falcao and Diego Costa all being linked with exits as Mourinho attempts to revive the club's fortunes.
