ON THE MOVE: United are fans of Robben

Robben has been used as a substitute on a regular basis by Bayern this season with Douglas Costa and Kingsley Conan preferred instead.

The former Chelsea star did score twice for the Netherlands in their 3-2 win over Wales on Friday night though and has netted seven times in his 12 appearances for club and country in his injured hit season this term.

The 32-year-old has reportedly fallen out with his Bayern team-mate Robert Lewandowski.

It is understood that the pair were embroiled in a bust-up over the past couple of weeks, with Lewandwoski finding Robben too selfish to play alongside.

And now United are looking to launch a January move for Robben.

According to the Sunday Mirror, Robben has a close relationship with former Holland boss Louis van Gaal and will look to leave the Allianz Arena unless his gets more consistent starts soon.

And United are known to be on the lookout for a new speedy winger with Robben top for their wishlist.
