Brennan Dickenson is back for Gillingham after suspension and could face Bury.

The forward missed Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat to Yeovil after he collected his fifth yellow card of the season at the weekend.

On-loan Cardiff defender Adedeji Oshilaja is being eased back in after playing 45 minutes against the Glovers following two months out injured.

Boss Justin Edinburgh could make more changes as the Gills look to end their four-match winless streak in all competitions.

Veteran goalkeeper Paddy Kenny, having signed a short-term deal last week, looks set to start for Bury as Austrian loan signing Daniel Bachmann and Scottish reserve keeper Jack Ruddy are on international duty.

Striker Leon Clarke is pushing for a recall following his 30-minute substitute appearance in last weekend's FA Cup win over Wigan.

The club's top scorer was dropped to the bench having been given compassionate leave to be with his seriously ill mother the previous week but comes back into contention for a start.

Goalkeeper Rob Lainton (groin), Ryan Lowe (calf), Craig Jones (abductor), Daniel Nardiello (back), Kelvin Etuhu (leg) and Andrew Tutte (hamstring) remain sidelined.
