Greenock Morton vs Livingston - Morton keeper Grant Adam to replace injured Derek Gaston for Livingston match

Morton goalkeeper Grant Adam will be between the posts when Livingston visit Cappielow Park on Saturday as Derek Gaston has been ruled out with a knee injury.

Also missing for the Greenock men are the injured Frank McKeown (knee), Rickie Lamie (hamstring), Peter MacDonald (knee) and Romario Sabajo (ankle).

Morton manager Jim Duffy is wary of the threat the Lions pose his sixth-placed side - who are one place and six points above them in the Ladbrokes Championship standings.

He said: "Livingston have taken six points from their last two games during which they have scored seven times and conceded only one.

"We beat them 4-2 earlier in the season however it looks like this game could be a lot tighter.

"We dug in to win at Dumbarton last weekend and we will need that approach again."

Livingston look to continue their climb away from the foot of the table without the injured trio of Darren Cole (knee), Craig Sives (back) and Danny Mullen (hamstring).

Manager Mark Burchill said: "We know that winning would pull us to within three points of Morton. We have moved up the league recently but we do not want to stop.

"If we could win then Morton would be in our sights however it will not be easy as they do not concede many goals.

"A bit like ourselves they should have secured more points but if they need to wait another week to do that I will not mind."
