AFC Wimbledon vs Forest Green Rovers - Sean Rigg to face boyhood club Forest Green

Forward Sean Rigg will face boyhood club Forest Green in AFC Wimbledon's FA Cup first round clash on Saturday.

The 27-year-old progressed through Forest Green's youth ranks before switching to Bristol Rovers, and is fit to face his first club after recovering from a dead leg.

Cardiff have handed Wimbledon permission to field on-loan goalkeeper Ben Wilson in Saturday's Kingsmeadow clash.

Wimbledon boss Neal Ardley could also pitch powerhouse striker Adebayo Akinfenwa in from the start.

Kurtis Guthrie will be back in the Forest Green squad after serving a one-match suspension.

Rovers boss Ady Pennock is hoping nine-goal top scorer Aaron O'Connor will win his race to be fit after missing the last three games with an ankle injury.

There could be further problems in attack for Pennock as Jon Parkin has been struggling with a hamstring problem recently, while Delano Sam-Yorke is still recovering from a hernia.

The worst-case scenario would see defender Charlie Clough used as an emergency striker.
