Accrington Stanley vs York City - Accrington defender Dean Winnard suspended for home tie with York

Accrington Stanley will be without defender Dean Winnard for the FA Cup first round tie against York.

Winnard will miss out after picking up his fifth booking of the season in last week's 1-0 League Two win away to Leyton Orient.

Josh Windass is set to keep his place in the starting line-up despite being substituted after scoring the winner against the O's due to fatigue.

Stanley boss John Coleman may look to shuffle his starting line-up with striker Shay McCartan and midfielder Anthony Barry both pushing to start.

Michael Collins will be available for York after extending his loan from Oxford this week.

New boss Jackie McNamara takes charge of the Minstermen for the first time and is waiting to hear if Middlesbrough have given midfielder Bryn Morris permission to play.

It remains to be seen if Femi Ilesanmi continues alongside Keith Lowe in the heart of defence after the left-back was moved into the centre by caretaker boss Richard Cresswell against Crawley last weekend.

McNamara has been tasked with lifting a side that has won just three games in all competitions so far this season.
