Tottenham welcome Anderlecht to White Hart Lane in the Europa League on Wednesday night hoping to return to the top of Group J.
Currently on four points Spurs have won once and drawn once in their first three group matches, with their only defeat coming to Anderlecht in their most recent European fixture a fortnight ago.
Pochettino's side are still favourites to progress to the knockout stage but cannot afford to lose to the Belgians again, especially if Monaco beat Azerbaijani outfit Qarabag in the group's other fixture.
Mauricio Pochettino will take confidence from his side's recent form, however, and could well name an unchanged side from the one that beat Aston Villa 3-1 on Monday night.
Harry Kane netted his fifth goal of the Premier League campaign in that win and will be keen to get off the mark in Europe, provided he isn't rested by Pochettino ahead of Sunday's north London derby with Arsenal.
Those unavailable for Pochettino include Nabil Bentaleb, Nacer Chadli, Heung Min Son (all ankle), Clinton N'Jie (hamstring) and Danny Rose (knock).
Anderlecht, meanwhile, are in decent domestic form and currently sit just one point off table-topping Gent in the Belgian Pro League following their comfortable 2-0 win over Mouscron-Peruwelz at the weekend.
Having handed Spurs only their second defeat in all competitions this season, manager Besnik Hasi will be confident of inflicting another defeat on the London club, though he will have to become the first manager to win at White Hart Lane this season.
