Genoa 0 - 0 Napoli: Napoli held in Genoa stalemate

Napoli missed a chance to join Fiorentina and Inter Milan at the top of the Serie A standings after being held to a goalless draw at Genoa on Sunday afternoon.
The hosts' goalkeeper Mattia Perin was the hero after keeping out eight of Napoli's goal-bound attempts to deny the visitors a sixth straight win in Italy.
Gonzalo Higuain, who had found the back of the net in Napoli's previous four games, was off target with all four of his attempts.
The outcome at the Luigi Ferraris stadium has left Napoli in fourth place, two points adrift of Fiorentina and Inter.
The point lifted Genoa to 13th position.
