Toulouse 1 - 1 Montpellier: Toulouse winless run continues with Montpellier draw

Toulouse had to come from behind to secure a point in a 1-1 draw at home to Montpellier, a result that left La Tefece without a league win since the opening day of the season.

Their wretched run of form, which has left the hosts languishing in the bottom three, looked set to continue when Jerome Roussilon capped a superb team move by firing into the bottom right corner from inside the area.

However, Toulouse levelled five minutes from the break when the ball fell kindly to Zinedine Machach on the edge of the area and he drilled a shot into the bottom right corner.

Failure to win for Montpellier meant they missed the opportunity to claim their first back-to-back victories of the season and leaves Rolland Courbis' side just above the drop zone on goal difference.
