Alloa vs Queen of South - Danny Lennon hoping Alloa can find their way to goal against Queen of the South

Bottom-of-the-table Alloa welcome back defender Dougie Hill after a knee injury as they host Queen of the South with manager Danny Lennon hoping that his side can start finding their way to goal.

Alloa have scored just six goals in 11 Championship games and Lennon said: "We are competing well but we have lost our last two games 1-0. One of the reasons we have gone down is that we are falling just a bit short when it comes to scoring goals.

"We need everyone to be ruthless and chip in with goals when they have the opportunity.

"The players have worked hard in training again this week and hopefully they will get a reward in this game."

Queen of the South are looking to bounce back from a disappointing display last weekend where they went down 4-1 to Livingston and manager James Fowler is planning changes with the fit again Lewis Kidd, Mark Millar and Iain Russell in line for recalls.

Missing are the injured Andy Dowie (hamstring), Darren Brownlie (ankle), Callum Tapping (knee) and Dale Hilson (foot).

Fowler said: "There has been a lot of determined talk from the players about putting things right. I am looking forward to that talk being turned into action.

"It will not be an easy game however we do not want the gap to the teams above us getting any bigger."
