Wigan vs Wigan almost at full strength for Swindon encounter

Kevin McNaughton remains Wigan's only injury absentee for the clash with Swindon.

The full-back (knee) is back doing light jogging but will not return to the field until the new year.

Latics are in the midst of a nine-game unbeaten run and boss Gary Caldwell is therefore unlikely to tinker greatly, so Grant Holt and Craig Davies may have to make do with places on the bench.

Holt is still waiting to make his first start of 2015 following a long-term knee problem.

Swindon hope to welcome Louis Thompson back into their squad.

The on-loan Norwich midfielder has missed the last three matches with a knee injury but was due back in training this week.

Skipper Nathan Thompson will miss out again, however, after suffering a setback in his attempt to recover from a groin injury.

Chairman Lee Power remains in charge while the search for a new permanent manager continues following Mark Cooper's sacking earlier this month.
